PLEASE SHARE ~ We want to hear from you

Hi Lisa,  I really enjoy your music, it is not only inspirational but it's about "real" life and "real" people and "real" issues. You offer hope through your songs to "all". Jesus came for those who need a doctor, for the "undesirables", for those that are, sadly, not welcomed in some churches because they don't "look" right, "smell" right, "talk" right, "think' right etc. Jesus reminds us that when we feed, clothe, visit, reach out to the "least of these", that we do it unto Him. Lisa, I see you as a "doctor". You are a true inspiration to me. My heart is very burdened and has been for awhile to the "undesirables" as the world would call them not to mention, even some Christians, sad to say. I feel God calling me into "street ministry" of some sort. My husband is also feeling the same. Please, if you would, remember us in your prayers as we pray for guidance from the Holy Spirit. Thank you, for being "real" Lisa. My daughter, Alyssa, and her friend Chelby really enjoyed your music when they heard you at the Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser last month. They really look up to you! God bless and I pray His favor on you this day! Caroline Brown-West

Hi guys. My name is Jonnie Henderson Jr. I am a Christian solo artist in Denver, CO.. I've been praying about whether or not to continue my music ministry persuits. I typed that topic in a search engine and was eventually lead to this site. I guess it is one of God's way of letting me know that I am not alone. I think Lisa's music is very good. I think it is among the best I've heard, and I've heard alot. So just a word of encouragement: " God gave you guys these gifts, talents, and, desires for a reason. To glorify Him through your own special way of exppression, and that is the very definition of worship. Please don't give up. My prayers to all of you. God bless!!!

Hey there Paula, I wanted to drop you a note and tell you personally how much you blessed my heart yesterday. Thanks for spreading the word/music! I hope I see you this coming Saturday at the Stable Coffee House in Chelmsford, Mass. Peace, Lisa Gallant Seal

Hi Lisa,
Your welcome! I also posted you to utube.  I spread the word to everyone I know and am hoping it gets into the right hands. Like the Ellen show who discovers talent all the time or some other show like that. I grew up playing piano, organ & drums.I have a musical ear. Although I am not really a christian rock girl. I appreciate solid sound and vocals..and your voice is beautiful. I have NEVER done this before. I have heard many bands and thought "they are OK or they suck". I am quite hard to please. Your voice is powerful yet angelic. I hope you hit it big someday. And if I play any small role in that..so be it. I hope you find what you are looking for. I will make every effort to see you perform. I have young kids and a busy life but, would love to see you again. I do hope we stay in contact and you return to my area soon. Keep rocking!
warmest wishes,
Paula Barber

Hey Zac! Back at you brother, your band has a great sound, energy and it was obvious that you are well liked and supported in the way the crowd responded to you. I am honored by your words of encouragement, thanks for taking time to write. In Christ, Lisa.

Hi Lisa, You rocked the city of Rochester last night at the NB4th in Rochester, NH. My family and I were so blessed by your music and want you to know how truly amazing your ministry. I was so touched by your song "Cinderella". I am sure that many who do not know the Lord Jesus as their Savior were touched and found life through your songs. Thank you for the way you serve our Lord through song. You are truly an amazing artist. And your band rocked as well!!! Keep on Rocking for Jesus, God Bless!!! Angela

Angela, thank-you so much for your note. It was a huge blessing for me to be among all of you there in Rochester. You ROCK too! It pleases my heart to know that the song Cinderella touched another person because the song speaks volumes of His promise into my own life as well! Your sista', Lisa.

Royal Ridge-Lisa Gallant Seal with Band--April 2nd 2011
Hello Lisa, Thank you so much for your gift to us tonight...You don't realize how hard it is to get my husband into a church, even for a concert..He relaxed very much and you even gave him a "WORD". For months he had a certain song in his head and could not place it.."JESUS freek" was the song which led to DC TALK, his question for months..And I think that was a huge cracking open for him in his brain..I was blessed to have him not walk out and to even see him fellowship with folks he has been avoiding for years...Its hard living a life in the SPIRIT alone, but tonight having my family all together was better than Christmas. Bless you Special Daughter of the L-RD

"Hey Lisa , That was an awsome concert last night Both my kids loved it !! High praise from 2 teens , Love, Marta"

The Message Room -- Opening for Brian Gentry--March 26 2011
Inspired - Hi Lisa,
I've been thinking and preparing for some time now about re-entering into the coffeehouse scene. I've been teetering a lot lately. Like I said, I wasn't even planning on going to the show last weekend, when literally a the last minute things came together. Well, between your powerful, honest, shameless performance as well as being surprised and inspired by the quality, simplicity and versatility of the vocal device used by Brian Gentry, I've chosen which side of the fence to be on. I very recently bought a new guitar on which I could play out with. I just purchased a TC Helicon Harmony-G XT. Can't wait to try it out.

Do you have a schedule of your shows? I'd be interested going again and bringing more people with me.

Keep up the great work. By the way, whoever your photographer is has truly done an outstanding job capturing heart and soul in your photos. David

THE MESSAGE ROOM - Opening for Unspoken Jan/2011 RESPONSE -

I was at the Dover show tonight. I came to see unspoken. At 38 I don't look for new music anymore. But you just blew me away with your talent and amazing story telling songs. The pastor at my church is mentoring me to be a pastor and he went as well. Would love to you have you at the church one day. I live in amine but the church is in Dover. You really can feel God living in your songs.   Eric

Holy Grounds December2010 RESPONSE -

Thank you for you beautiful ministry and the fabulous show tonight at the Coffee House. You have a tremendous gift, and I am blessed to be able to share the experience with my teenaged daughters, my pre-teen son, and my eight-year-old, Ruthie; She asked me tonight, "What is heroin?" Amazing, Grace. God bless you and your families.
Thank you also for your stories, especially the story about Ray, struck me tonight. It is a sad story, but really not. Really hopeful. Which is why it rang out for me tonight. There was always something so, well, epic about the (locally) infamous boating accident. You have really made it epic with your "Raye." Everyone knows Ray, or is Raye. I am Ray! I love it!! I am so much comforted by the vision of Ray knowing Jesus, and heartened by your narrative and how God led you to lead Ray.

Teach us, Jesus! Thank you Lisa. Janet Ham

"I had thought that troubadours were extinct. When I saw Lisa play, I found that I was mistaken. I was riveted to her every word to find out where the story was going to lead. What a blessing to hear someone who can take a touching story, cradle it with skillful music, and create a song that truly touches the soul. That is a real troubadour”!

Christopher Seward Sr., Scarborough, Maine

Hi Lisa,
Just want to wish you a Very Merry Christmas! I also wanted to tell you that a couple of months ago I started reading the Bible. That was a big step for me; for I wasn’t a believer. I can’t even remember what prompted me to go out and buy a bible except maybe it was curiosity.
Listening to your lyrics made me realize that Jesus loves us no matter what. My favorite song is “Face Flat Down” it really moves me. Anyways I just wanted to share that with you. The next time I go back to Maine I would love to see you!
